Hello, my name is Dan Herrington. I have been buying, selling, building and investing in Middle Tennessee real estate for well over ten years and have developed extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate process.

I’m also a seasoned veteran of the Nashville music industry. I’ve developed, managed and sold several music business ventures and I bring a very successful and unique business development and marketing perspective to my real estate clients, providing additional advantages in the buying and selling of homes and property.

In addition to a passion for real estate and development, I am also passionate about energy efficiency and the environment. Along with my real estate practice, I also operate Herrington Homes, LLC. At Herrington Homes we focus on building “green” or energy efficient and environmentally friendly custom homes and through remodeling and greening existing homes. I built Sumner County’s first LEED certified green home and I have performed extensive research into green building practices. I’m a member of the Nashville chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USBGC) and I’m available to assist with any questions regarding green building practices and real estate.

My family and I reside in beautiful Sumner County between Hendersonville and Gallatin on Old Hickory Lake. This area while seeing tremendous growth over the last few years, offers a great quality of life. In addition Sumner County has great schools both public and private.
